Responsibilities under Facilities management.• Responsible for overall Maintenance operations control on the site Like Manpower allocation, PM progressing as per PPM schedule, Vendor management for yearly AMC schedule & machine breakdown activities, material procurement etc.• Responsible for tracking & maintaining the department KPI matrix for maintenance through Visual performance management (VPM) method.• Responsible for tracking overall maintenance documents like Daily reports, Monthly reports, PM checklists, AMC service reports, breakdown reports & take corrective actions for the same.• Responsible for the overall facility services cost control for the site.• Responsible for overall Work permit management system to ensure safety in all work aspects.• Responsible for handling the overall site housekeeping team for managing the regular operations & weekend deep cleaning activities

• Hands-on experience in various industrial Equipment like Atex and Flameproof.• Preventive and Downtime maintenance of Mechanical systems like MHE (Jungheinrich, Toyota, Maini), Chiller, HVAC, Motors, pumps, weighing scales (Mettler Toledo), Automatic drum filling conveyor system, Hydrant system and Pneumatic Systems.• Preventive and Downtime maintenance of Electrical systems like Transformers, D.G sets, UPS system panels, power distribution, earthling, lighting, lifts, and cabling), Integrated Building Management System, Fire Alarm System, Access Control, CCTV system, Sensors, Mass flow meter.• Knowing to troubleshoot the automatic system with the help of PLC and SCADA system• Experience in RCA, Kaizen, 8 Waste of lean, GMP, ISO and SOP Development.• Analyse Energy and water consumption, Implementing new ways of Energy monitoring.• Manpower deployment, Arrangement, and shift supervising.• Team Leading and conduct safety induction related training, escalate daily basis records and reporting to clients.
