Roles & Responsibilities:*Responsible for pre-screening, selecting (basic and competency based), interviewing, tracking and overall candidate management for specific recruitment assignments*Formulate and manage international recruitment assignments, from GraduateCampaigns to specific client Recruitment Days and Summits*Ensure each recruitment assignment is delivered to budget and to Client expectation*Have an active Client facing role, while supporting the Business Development team in developing our Key Accounts and Growth Accounts*Responsible for client and candidate communication throughout all assignments*Manage the Candidate Management System on a daily basis to grade and identify “high potential” candidates as part of the Key Candidate process*Liaise with Talent Acquisition team to develop and implement relevant attraction plans for each recruitment assignment*Work closely with a Regional Team Leader to develop Global Career Company’s regional market knowledge*Candidate research, database mining and networking calls*Meet and exceed personal revenue targets

Team Handling.Business Process below: Booking creation, amendment, cancellation as per customer request. Satisfying clients query regarding their shipment’s status in the Export end like container’s current move and routing related queries.Preparation of Export Documentation - bill of lading issuance and correction requests on bill of ladings, following up with the respective team.Handling Vessel Reconciliation process, pre-vessel arrival to ensure successful sailing. Investigate and communicate all vessel schedule changes with operations team.Recommend optimal transportation mode, routing, equipment or frequency. Taking reports in MS Excel, for the key clients (profitable clients) informing them about their current shipment status and resolving if any issues arise.Back end will run thetool and we will send the booking confirmation to the customer. Arranging trucks for store door moves (SD/CY) shipments. Coordinate with intermodal team for pickup, load and dispatch the cargo.

Contracting & QuotingMaersk receives tenders from its clients with customer agreed rates. The agreed rate structure is the base which will be provided to all GSCs who in turn will create routing, update the rates for containers in their own system called Maersk Automated Rate System (MARS). This is the base system for all sales persons, key clients, area managers and finance people etc., to view the rates and proceed accordingly. Activities DoneHandled North Europe region as a senior associate for GBR, SCANDINAVIA and RUSSIA clusters. Works very close with Sales department persons from different countries.Deals with Price Fixing and doing Rate structure analysis.Try to improvise the process by implementing new excel related macros.Try to improvise the process by implementing new ideas.Explaining about the process and team structure while client visits.Works as a SPOC of the team taking a part in assisting with new associates.Performing audits for all the team persons.Preparing accuracy and Timeliness in the submission of data’s Creating SOP’s for the process while migrations.Have developed the kaizen’s to improvise the process in the team.
