(GET) HT Metering Department at Adani electricity Mumbai's Receiving Stations and HT Consumers at 33/11KV voltage level ensuring uninterrupted power supply of all HT Consumer.• Overseeing the Installation and calibration of HT Secure Meters of different accuracy classes of 0.5s, 0.2s, 05, 0.2 and also precise maintenance of HT Metering Equipments for appropriate reliability.• Collecting and analysing electrical usage data to identify trends in different scenarios of HT Consumers.• Maintaining Master Data of All Receiving Stations from a specified division at 220/33/22/11 KV Voltage Level.• Also maintaining proper reliability by conducting HT Meter accuracy testing of every premium open access as well as consumers with high consumption.• Modem Configuration and sim installation jobs at HT Consumer level for reliability of worksheets for billing and invoicing of the consumers.Disaster Management Control Room•Worked at Central disaster control room at Adani electricity for a week. The main responsibility during this period was to monitor and register complaints across Mumbai and immediately send a rescue team wherever needed.• At Adani Electricity Central Disaster management [CRM] portal these complaints were being registered according to different divisions.• My duty was during rainy seasons and most of the difficulties were registered during that phase only as during rainy seasons people face many problems due to short circuit, water logging,wall damage,etc. So,accordingly we use to priorities the level of severity and immediately inform the team to recover the fault as soon as possible.• This phase of Disaster management taught me how to interact with customers, and efficiently communicate during critical situations in power sector.
