Starting a new position of GET - Product Design and Development in HTL ( Subsidiary of HFCL )

Through the length of my internship , i was working on Root cause analysis of part damage occurring in the production line and implementing suggestive solutions to prevent such defects using Kaizen and evaluating the outcomes using QC tools and thereby reducing the Total Discharge Cost (TDC) per unit of a car. Apart from my main project, i also got to know about various other departments, such as the Vehicle Quality Assurance, where i learned about different types of Vehicle Testing and how Emission testing is done and checked to make sure that the car follows the current emission norms.

Completed 2 months of internship as CAE Engineer in Product Development Centre of Simulation Lab. I learnt to use CFD analysis in ANSYS Fluent, and as a part of the Internship I worked on R&D of "Feature on Wing Flap to Enhance Aerodynamic Efficiency"
