I work as a Solution Manager for Deloitte's CBO Cloud Engineering practice in the Gilbert Delivery Center in the Greater Phoenix area. I have 18 years of solid experience in software engineering and great project management abilities acquired while managing small to large clients for a Big 4 consulting business. I've worked extensively with agile software development processes and frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban, as well as expanding agile development through the usage of Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe). I've managed numerous data migration projects, prioritizing, organizing, and executing development schedules in compliance with product development initiatives and regulatory requirements. I devised and coordinated the planning of a migration strategy from source to target for a major intranet application. I was responsible for designing and developing Functional HLD and Data Mapping documents for large-scale projects while working as a Product/Platform Owner.
