As Quality Engineer:Responsible to deliver the QE reports to site on time and with 100% accuracy.Responsible to prepare and maintain SOP, QCL, HLD & SIPOC for the QE reports.Responsible to take follow ups with suppliers regarding FAIR and submit to customers after verification.Attend & resolve Customer Complaints; detect the root cause & initiate corrective & preventive action.Participate in Corrective & Preventive Action Reports preparation related to Customer Complaints.To reduce cycle time and increase accuracy through process improvements/Kaizens.As Project Engineer:Travelled to Flextronics manufacturing sites at Malaysia to conduct NPI kick off meetings.
