Managing all the key recruiters as promoting the campus to new recruits across the country . Responsible for Recruitment, Selection, Placement & Performance of students on their final placements every year. Responsible for pitching up to the new recruits and travel across the country to increase the base of recruiters year on year. Train the student placement team to pitch the corporate for summer internship program.  Tied up with more than 400 Corporates across the country and Globally for final and summer placements Preparation of corporate dossier, placement reports, SIP reports and maintain all MIS regarding corporate relations and career management Design and facilitate Training programs to students in Goal setting, resume building and counseling the students before final campus recruitment team. Design and facilitate Training programs to students accordingly. Consistently research and interact with the recruiters understand their expectations from prospective students and create an annual roadmap for training. Conduct periodic surveys within campus to get the pulse of the student and feedback on placement academic inputs, training required Provide comprehensive career services including individual advising/counseling to students and alumni; Getting feedback from the existing recruits and developing a clear strategy for matching the requirements in the next season
