 As a “Senior Manager” of MSS product & engineering function, I am responsible for defining roadmap and driving innovations & enhancements of Cyber Threat Intelligence Platform, Anti-DDoS platform & services, Digital Risk Management and Dark Web Monitoring solutions. I work closely with field teams on understanding market requirements, I do perform competitor analysis and play as a bridge between development and customer facing teams to raise development requirements Working closely with developers to groom the development requirements (Through Jira, following Agile Development Methodology), be supportive to make them understand the ground level asks, track the development sprints, review the development in staging/UAT and providing sign-off over successful releases.  Instrumental in product development / feature enhancement cycle (right from ideation till Go_to_Market), enabling cross-functional teams on the newly developed products and enhanced features.  CxO-Level customer Interfacing skills in various sectors (such as Government, BFSI, pharmaceutical, automobiles, Airlines, Oil and Gas industry, telecom, enterprises, etc) and have ability to convey the features to non-technical audiences Supporting pre-sales/solutions in technical RFIs, RFPs (especially getting involved in strategic, high value deals) Expertise in Solving critical Cyber incidents (Containment, Eradication & Recovery), Incident root-cause (RCA), Active threat research and authoring Cyber Threat Advisories Threat Actor campaign analysis and tracking APTs to provide strategic intelligence reports Solution capabilities (experience in Solution Designing, deployment & end-to-end auditing) Love travelling, meeting up customers and solving their problems.
