Setel is a pay, pump and go mobile app that works through a GPS based payment system where users pay for petrol at PETRONAS stations through the app. We are delighting customers with the Setel app at PETRONAS stations nationwide with a seamless, tailor-made retail-on-the-go experience, now joined by over 200 online and in-store merchants - with more coming soon.In parallel, we are also revolutionizing the delivery space through Deliver2Me by providing with a reliable and immediate food delivery service exclusive for Petronas employees based at Twin Towers.My Responsibilities and day to day tasks:▪ Define requirements and criteria to clarify expected outcomes on what needs to be designed or built to deliver.▪ Partner with engineering, designers and product leadership to drive priorities and manage the development process and ensure the team understands the direction and vision.▪ Create and maintain the solution, vision, roadmap and backlog of work through the project's life cycle.▪ Translate features into user stories within the team’s backlog while managing, ranking, and prioritizing this backlog to reflect stakeholders’ requirements.▪ Define, monitor and analyze key metrics for launched products/features and feed learnings back into our product development and learning process.▪ Develop detailed product requirements that define the user capabilities, specific functional specifications, data and analytics and additional details that show how the user stories are to be satisfied.▪ Experience writing user-stories and build notes with clear acceptance criteria & story mapping.▪ Excel in defining requirements to clarify expected outcomes on what needs to be designed or built to deliver customer/merchant/internal user needs.▪ Engage with Stakeholders to understand their requirements and build features towards it.▪ Participate in daily standups to ensure alignment between engineers and designers are met and solve any potential blockers.
