• As the customer point of contact between IPSD and its interplant/OEM customers worldwide, our services include multi-brand diesel engines of various applications such as OHT, generators, fire pumps, excavators, backhoe loaders, and more.• Handling customer complaints and providing immediate solutions for engine quality issues related to Assembly, Paint, and Performance tests.• Support customers for any improvements/feedback and provide RCCA for the reported quality issues.• Perform Factory audit for the effectiveness of RCCA for all the customer-reported issues.• Analyze warranty issues and produce warranty metrics for customer complaints.• Field issues (2MIS & 12MIS) analysis and provide solutions to issues related to the factory. Provide facility metrics for 2MIS & 12MIS monthly.• Perform PDA (Pre Delivery Audit) and provide feedback to the process partners.• Support customers with the warranty replacement parts.• Perform teardown process for customer return engines and produce Failed Part Analysis Report to the customer.• Support for product improvement process.
