System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain operating systems - Windows .3. User Support: Offer hands-on support to users facing technical problems, both remotely and in-person. This includes responding to help desk tickets, emails, and phone calls in a timely manner.4. Hardware Maintenance: Perform hardware upgrades, replacements, and repairs as necessary. This includes diagnosing hardware failures and coordinating with vendors for warranty repairs or replacements.5. Software Deployment: Assist with software deployments, upgrades, and patches across desktop systems. Ensure proper licensing and compliance with software usage policies.6. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of support activities, including troubleshooting steps, solutions implemented, and equipment inventory.7.
