Based out of Dubai, managing the international L & D partnerships and ventures of the company, a specialist finance, accounting and strategy training provider. Reporting directly to the Managing Director in an advisory capacity on strategic initiatives with responsibility for building and developing collaborations and business relationships. Besides delivering training in areas such as project appraisal, corporate finance, treasury operations, business strategy and financial analysis across professional qualifications, also involved in working closely with clients across sectors (including aviation, financial services, investment management, oil and gas and manufacturing) to identify training needs in the finance, accounting and business strategy domain and advising on appropriate professional training programs . Where required, I am also involved in the development of programs to bridge the competency gaps identified. I also hold overall responsibility for budgeting, periodic reporting and statutory compliance for all training ventures and projects outside U.A.E. Being a part of an organization that lays significant emphasis in building indigenous talent, have played a pivotal role in development of local talent development programs including ‘Emirati Finance development’, training ventures for Omani nationals at several governmental and semi-governmental entities in the region. Besides having overall responsibility for budgeting, periodic reporting and statutory compliance for all training ventures and projects outside U.A.E, I am also Involved in recruitment planning, hiring and managing staff on international training ventures and projects.

After playing a pivotal role in setting up Phoenix operations in India, was appointed director of the company in August 2018. My responsibilities include oversight of all aspects of operations including service delivery, quality assurance, legal compliance, reporting and financial management.
