• Attend client meeting for new projects, understanding client requirements & study the scope of project thoroughly.• Conduct internal stake holders meeting and arrive a project strategy to meet the project scope.• Collaborate with engineering team, review the drawings & identifying the project risks & mitigation actions.• Prepare a detailed plan by generating a quality work breakdown structures & detailed activities using the project management tools . ( Primavera P6 & MSP).• Generating a logical baseline Schedule based on Critical Path Method (CPM) Scheduling.• Planning for manpower, tools & equipment requirements by collaborating with cross functional teams.• Preparing Work Method Statements for the Proposed Projects by collaborating with Cross Functional Teams.• Preparing for Cash flow with stakeholders based on project milestones .• Executing the project against the plan & coordinating the entire the project & regular follow up of cross functional team to complete the milestones as per client's key contractual dates.• Tracking & updating the baseline schedule.• Preparing activities daily ,weekly, monthly reports & Progress Measurement sheets.• Analyzing the progress against the baseline schedule.• Prepare 2 weeks look ahead plan & update the status of project in daily meeting through manpower histograms & S-Curves (for activities completed, man hours & cost over time).• Analyze the actual cost & expenses incurred against the budgeted cost, generate earned value chart & update the team on the project performance & progress.• Ensure that the project has completed on time meeting all client requirements.
