(Within 2 days of receipt).•Reduce line stoppage and line complaints.•Initiating countermeasures for defective parts from suppliers and monitoring CAPA effectiveness.•Developing New Vendor’s by performing supplier Audits and testing the parts, Correcting supplier process through supplier process audit.•Participitating in NPD activites and timely completion of Supplier PPAP submission and thereby ensuring the APQP plan.•Implementing and maintaining a Quality Management system by developing procedures and training the concerned persons .•Performing INTERNAL(SYSTEM, PROCESS) AUDIT for all the inhouse processes.•Performing SPC studies to confirm the process conditions during Development & SOP.•Performing MSA study and improving the measurement system by identifying the variations in Personnel or method.•Organizing Quality Meeting every month there by reducing the internal rejections.•A member of CFT to conduct FMEA study and define control plan for new parts.•Development of gauges for checking the Incoming Parts.•Implementation of corrective actions for customer complaints and market complaints thereby maintaining the customer target PPM.•Management of Design and process changes (internal and supplier) right from proposal to implementation.•Developing Test Plan and Method for testing a part as per specification.•Experience in developing measures for management of ESD and EOS at SMT.•Training on INTERNAL AUDITING for ISO TS 16949•Trainig on SIX SIGMA – GREEN BELT •Training on PFMEA.•Trained in JAPAN for a week on product and Process Quality.
