Hi, I’m Vignesh, currently the CEO/ Founder of 101 Deploy & CO-CEO, CTO of Cordana.I’ve spent 6+ years working on solving problems, creating products, getting them used by people, and making them into revenue-generating machines.Ever since my childhood (I was 10 years old), I have been fascinated by technology. Back then, I built a robot which was showcased at my school campus.However, I fell in love with programming and app development much later when I was in my first year of engineering in 2018 and I started mastering it.2019: We became finalists of : TechGig Code Gladiators (my team and I were the only first-year grads to make it to the finals), Tamil Nadu Student Innovator of the year, Angle Hack in 2019.Got my first award "The Best Industrial Innovator of the year" awarded by Accenture for working with them on several research, proof-of-concept, and patent-based projects.2020: The first taste of victory! - We became the winners of Smart India Hackathon 2020, inaugurated by the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India.We were featured in the newspaper and got INR 1 lakh cash prize for building an innovative Academic Monitoring System for Govt. of Andhra Pradesh.Later that year, I decided to work with startups to learn how incredible ideas come to market and what it takes in that process. So, I joined Swift Robotics (London).2021:My primary role in the startup was to build softwares and websites. However, I volunteered to do cold calls, participate in crucial decisions, etc. As a result, I wore multiple hats and was promoted within 9 months.Then, I pursued my childhood dream of entrepreneurship by starting 101Deploy and taking on various software and IoT projects.2022: One of my clients offered me equity and a bigger role in Maximum Protocol due to my past experience in web 3.0.I shifted to Bangalore and became the Head of Product, leading the development and design teams in creating the core product and built the entire backend of the product by myself.In the meantime, since I was working with Cordana (Miami, US) from its inception, I got a chance to take equity and become the CTO of the company.2023:I became Co-CEO, CTO of Cordana Ecosystem after leaving Maximum Protocol.Through my experience with multiple startups, reading books, and talking to founders, I realised the challenges of launching a successful product.Now, I'm on a mission to help startups launch and grow with 101Deploy’s new tagline "Cut the crap, Launch your app."If you want to chat about entrepreneurship or product development, hit me up on linkedin.
