Also, built an internal CoE team to in-source this scope supported by an external party and evaluated 1000+ profiles to hire 16 FTEs to built a strong, passionate and fanatic team of owners.

Handled E2E implementations of various people forms using FPM technology, workflows and webdynpros. Worked with Taleo and LMS integrations.

Involved in 3 HRSP upgrades handled all SPAU and SPDD corrections. Redesigned many HCM forms and Workflows fitting the customer requirements.
