Managing the operations of development (from cost review, proto, styling convergence, supplier nomination,TGA, tool development, design and development of trims from concept to manufacturing.•Preparing project work plan along with supplier to achieve optimum schedule, Proactive Role in Engineering,creation of B-side Surface, Styling Feedback & Design review. Problems solving through root cause analysis&Counter measure Planning based on Design Review feedback.•Build and review vehicle environment, packaging and construct design proposal for product designconsiderations. Involved in Supplier Management & Closure through the Project, Convergence based onstyling data. Support packaging engineers in packaging and installation tasks (e.g., technical reports,packaging investigations, DMU utilization)• An Effective Communication with excellent Problem Solving, Client and Supplier relationship management,Negotiation & Presentation Skills. Knowledge in DFMEA, PFMEA, DVP, APQP, PPAP, IATF16949,ISO13485, ISO14971 & IEC 60601.• Performed system engineering documentation such as Manufacturing difficulties, Assembly difficulties&Global requirements. Co-Ordinate with team for Regulation study to Head Impact & Knee Impact, PQ issue,Parting Line Separation, Strong Proficiency in CAD tools, Master Section review with mounting concept(FASTENER & CLIP) to meet gap flush requirement as per OEM requirement.• Performs design or development projects within area of assignment to fulfil the project & product quality,delivery, cost, feature targets & report the same in project Forums. Lead Role in Physical phase of the Projectfrom TGA to production, ensuring timely availability of product validations with respect to meet allmilestones.VAVE & Cost Reduction:•Managing cost reduction Activities & VAVE activities and Engineering Change Management.•Competitor vehicle bench marking, detail designing and series release.
