With domain knowledge on (BFS) Banking and Financial Services, TCS gave me the opportunity to expand in my knowledge of Banking and insurance industry. Have been a solution provider for many problems and also have provided value additions and enhancements in my project. Developing and providing round-the-clock support for key Mainframe applications involving BillPay, Transaction Audit and Money Transfer Services  Leading the Offshore Mainframe development center with 15 team members. Leading the overall offshore team of more than 30 members and with onsite 6 members. Capturing business trends and product performance by analyzing a large volume of mainframe data and offering product tweaks and new project proposals with the involvement of Data and Mainframe architects Effectively organizing meetings with various end users and the Product Managers to facilitate smooth induction of over 400 new Billers in to the BillPay system Effectively involved in high level meeting in setting up Account Deposit partners into the system. Preparing detailed System Design Documents from the functional and non-functional requirements provided by the Billers Ensuring timely delivery of the projects by actively managing the offshore development center and offering assistance during the development phase to balance the workload Coordinating daily standups, code review meetings and QA meetings to ensure defect free delivery of the projects Providing critical support to the production environment of the payment system to ensure zero downtime
