WSO2 Subscription services around IoT are backed by its broad collaboration with Entgra.Implemented Scope based authentication for REST APIs within Entgra’s UEM platform. All REST APIs had previously used permission-based access control; modified from WSO2 API Manager v4.0.0 onwards as a migration step for the product.• Introduced multi-tenant API publishing to publish the product’s APIs to the configured tenants using server startup.• Implemented a feature to access super-tenant APIs from sub-tenant space, by publishing key managers to super-tenant space and intercepting access tokens to validate against those key managers.

• Developed a TCP Client for Entgra’s utility meter connectivity solution, to communicate between smart utility meters and Entgra’s IoT middleware.• Assisted with product deployments on customer servers in Linux and Nginx web servers.• Resolved various customer support, production, and staging level issues by effective analysis to identify the root cause and designing a fix/patch, or by creating a structured process for the customers’ technicians to follow and resolve, providing remote advice and guidance as required.• Conducted multiple code reviews for colleagues and interns and freely shared knowledge, expertise, thoughts, and suggestions to improve their implementations.• Configured WSO2 Identity Server as an External Key Manager for WSO2 API Manager on behalf of a customer and implemented several wrapper APIs for user authentication, signup, and claims-related functionalities to be invoked from WSO2 Identity Server via WSO2 API Manager.

• Designed and developed a cloud-based backend application using spring microservices. • Deployed the product and APIs on the AWS cloud using various AWS services, including EC2, ECS, RDS, S3, Cognito, and API Gateway. • Managed Email and SMS notifications through effective use of Twilio and Elastic cloud services, and other similar applications.

• Developed a satellite tracking and rotator controller application for the ground station, using ElectronJS to position the satellites based on the given TLE (Two-line element) file.• Designed and created a simple application to encode images from hexadecimal satellite data received via RF signals.Arthur C. Clarke Institute for Modern Technologies (ACCIMT) is a leading institute for Research and Technology in Sri Lanka. I was working as a part of the Telecommunications Division as an Intern. Contributor to the Ground Station research team, designed to communicate with LEO Satellites during the period where our own Cube Satellite called RAAVANA-I was launched.Developed the Satellite Orbit Prediction application used to predict the position of a satellite in a given period and control the Rotor of the Communication Antenna to position directly to the satellite whenever it crosses the ground station.
