Promoting, Marketing & Sales activity our principles in testing & commissioning equipment's of HV and LV switch gears.

•Handled complete erection, testing and commissioning of substation from 132kV up to 220kV.•Making inspection of the switch-yard equipments from the suppliers, manufactures and customers for our projects involved before project commences.•Inspect, supervise and coordinate erection, testing and commissioning activities for Power Transformers, Voltage Regulators, Circuit Breakers, Potential Transformers, Current Transformers, HV Switches and Station Service Equipment and AC/DC System such as UPS, Chargers, Batteries and Isolator switches.

Raise Safety Related Deficiency Report, Non Compliance Reports, Contractor Surveillance Report and Penalty against Contractors due to failure in complying with the OHSE standards and conditions of contract. •Attending weekly progress review meeting & monthly safety review meetings with client, contractors and our engineers in site area to ensure all hiccups with regard to execution and safety are sorted. •Carrying out daily safety inspection to identify unsafe working conditions, unsafe practices and unsafe equipment. •Providing method statement/risk assessment briefing to workers through site engineers/mangers at regular basis with my presence.•Providing “TOOL BOX TALK” at site when every shift starts, during heavy lifting like CAGE shifting and CAGE lowering, this also includes traffic safety with the presence of traffic marshals.•Providing FIRST AID & CPR training to all workmen at site through M/S.SEED.•Organizing safety promotional activities such as celebration of safety week, safety day, environment day, safety campaign and safety month.•Training workers in material handling at the steel yard during cage building, cage shifting and cage lowering activities.•Special training and information given on the control of substances hazardous to health , which deals with mainly chemicals and its control measures.•Developing project specific HIRA & EMERGENCY plan posters to be displayed at site.•Inspecting the slings and D-shackles before putting into the operation. Defective tools were removed from the site.•Supervise the conduct of ground testing before the conduct of any ground excavationsto make sure no utilities will be damage during the excavations.•Conduct the weekly safety inspections with client, contractor and consultants withclosing all the issues raised during the safety patrol within given time frame.•Conduct emergency evacuation drills to ensure workers are aware on necessary actionsrequired during emergencies.

•Review and check all assigned project electrical installation drawings for compliance with all company and project instructions of technical vendor submittals for installation requirements. (Single line diagrams, electrical equipment location drawings, plan drawings, details, schematics, wiring diagrams, etc.)•Co-ordination with commissioning team during important milestones such as Chemical cleaning, Boiler light up, Steam blowing, Coal firing, Synchronization of POWER with the Electricity GRID. •Handle the tasks of supporting senior level site engineers in complex commissioning of electrical equipment •Industrial & Domestic lighting•Plant Earth & lightning protection system •Attending meetings, writing reports and giving presentations to managers and clients.Safety management responsibilities:•To make sure projects meets construction and electrical safety regulations.•Take reasonable care of health & safety all employees in the workplace.•Creating safety awareness among workers through tool box talks, safety induction and safety mass meetings.•Daily checking of compliance of work permits and plant safety. •Conducting safety training for employee as well as contract labor which include confined space, work at height, scaffolding safety, dangerous goods transportation safety etc. •Daily checking of Lower Explosive Limit (LEL) of H2S, CO, O2 with malty gas meter in hazardous area.•Imparting safety signage for dangerous goods & hazardous chemicals.
