• Responsibilities to include leading assigned portion of and/or participating in the deployment, maintenance and improvement of business applications and systems specific to the Business Analytics (BA) portfolio of tools using an agile methodology.• Designing, creating, managing and updating the logical and virtual models of the data warehouse, data marts, and staging areas as well as creating Power BI datasets and aligning the deployments to Power BI workspace strategy• Platform Data Governance will have responsibilities in areas of cataloguing, data quality, and governance • Platform Ingestion will have responsibilities of implementation, configuration and support experience with ADF, Dataflow, DataBricks, Apache Nifi• Platform Data Storage will have responsibilities of implementation, configuration and support experience with ADLS, CDM, PaaS SQL and Synapse optional• Platform ML/AI will have responsibilities to include implementation, configuration and support experience with R, Python, Azure Databricks and Azure Machine Learning

- Study the customer requirements in terms of data, analytics, infrastructure, architecture, visualization needs with respect to their SAP BI Platforms (SAP BW or SAP HANA or SAP Business Objects).- Perform feasibility studies on how customer needs can be met through standard SAP BI (SAP BW/BOBJ/HANA) product features vs. Visual BI’s proprietary visualization extensions products such as VBX or VDT.- Leverage business analysis and quantitative problem-solving skills to design data warehouse models using SAP BW or SAP HANA; Build queries that effectively capture business rules and visualization requirements.- Develop and deploy analytical applications that leverage SAP Business Objects and Visual BI prebuilt dashboard solution templates and proprietary products such as VBX and VDT.- Set up data connectivity for dashboards built using SAP BI (SAP BW, SAP HANA or SAP Business Objects) and Visual BI products, and enable data consumption from various SAP and Non-SAP data sources.- Install and configure Visual BI products in desktop, networked environments and in SAP’s server platforms.

-Involvement in different phases of the application development process like requirements gathering, preparation of technical specification documents, requirement traceability matrix, designing and developing reports, unit testing and fixed defects in Quality Check and UAT.-To work on multiple reporting tools-Develop complex reports on IBM Cognos Rport Studio.-Develop a Framework using IBM Cognos Suite to satisfy adhoc reporting needs by the user, using Query Studio - Resolve performance issues writing custom query.-Experience in data mining, ETL, etc. and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets.-Develop Business reports using SAP Business Objects using Web Intelligence and Desktop Intelligence Reporting tools.
