• Co-ordinated the launch of 2019 Common rail Injectors utilizing Lean Manufacturing principles and support auditing that qualifies for IATF.• Implemented DFM/DFA to develop high quality fixtures at lower production costs in precision assembly.• Redesigning a Six station S&B processing machine with new fixture design to hold symmetric and asymmetric Diesel Fuel injectors (USED FLM/SLS 3D printing technique to rapid prototype)• Redesigned and improved non-capable gauges using Solid-works to measure process characteristics.• Assisting team responsible for quality in manufacturing, operations, and engineering processes of producing common rail diesel injectors and supported work orders using SAP.• Creating and updating Process Quality Instructions, train associates with the updated technical resources.• Work with supplier facility on requesting for Quotes/orders to schedule machine maintenance (RFQ/RFP).• Teamed up with German and Swedish contractors to document the Manufacturing troubleshoot process.• Practicing valuable Lean Manufacturing methods and BPS principles into manufacturing operations.• Support group of ID/OD cylindrical Grinders (Bahmuller, UVA, HTT), Surface Grinders, Honing Machines• Rapid-prototyping fixtures, Poka yoke parts, associate satisfaction and 5S projects using FDM/SLS techniques.
