 Coordinate with MEP Services consultant, Architects, Contractors, Project Execution Team. Check designs, drawings and their conformity with government regulations and bye laws Responsible for Execution of Diesel Generators, HVAC ,lifts, Fire Fighting, Plumbing In Residential projects. To check BOQ's and estimates for the MEP works. Site visit to Track work progress with respect to quality and work schedule Check variation statement for the material as per BOQ and actual ,required& executed. Testing and commissioning of the DG sets, Lifts , Ventilation system, Testing the working and functions of the Pumps equipment’s like Pressure Switches, level controllers Testing and Commissioning of Fire system i.e. Jockey pump, Sprinkler Pump, Hydrant pump, Diesel Engine pump Testing and commissioning of the Plumbing system , Pressure test in pipes, Hydro pneumatic pump, Testing and commissioning of the Sewer treatment plant ,Water Treatment Plant and Fire alarm &Public Addressing System. Handled the transmittal of Cluster Services, common area, O&M equipment’s i.e. DG sets, HT-LT panel, Fire Pump room, Lifts, WTP.
