- One of the pioneer members to join and establish the product analytics organizations' footprint in India by conceptualising POC’s across zones/teams. The team has grown to 20+ analysts across 3 locations- Owned the analytical support for transforming the Rules engine (30,000+ rules) - core to the RCM offering by athenahealth. - Conceptualized and developed a migration framework that enabled product owners to redefine product strategy and drive prioritization resulting in savings of ~4M USD/year and 2 years of migration efforts.

- MEDICARE Analytics - Led a team of 5 data scientists in identifying the influential population for various outreach programmes aimed to improve the overall star rating of MEDICARE plans by addressing measures such as bladder control, probability to churn etc.- SDoH prediction – Led a team of 3 data scientists in analysing and identifying patients impacted by one or more elements of the social determinants of health (SDoH) viz. economic stability, education, physical environment, physical abuse etc. Integrated the models to enable care managers to identify patients for further perusal.- Next Best Action (NBA) platform - Led a team of 5 data engineers in the development of a platform aimed at reducing member utilization and providing better financial outcomes. The platform enabled (a) integration of predictions from various predictive models (b) prioritize predictions based on members’ behavioural attributes and (c) assists analysts to plan on immediate action. - Diabetic Management System - Led a team of 3 data engineers in development of platform that assisted care managers in effective diabetes management for their members. The platform enabled seamless integration of member data, blood glucose readings from vendor systems (LifeScan etc.), prescription claims and triggers alerts to care management team when specific clinical conditions are met.

- Subrogation Analytics - Addressed a revenue leakage of USD 4.3M/ year by embedding analytical intelligence into subrogation platform to assist subrogation managers to plan and prioritize their actions towards identification and recovery of potential subrogation possibilities. - Payment delinquency analytics - Identified factors influencing outpatient utilization, cost dynamics and provided a measurable business lift moving from inpatient (IP) to outpatient (OP) utilization for “Medicare Advantage” claims data.- Sentiment Analytics - Analysed review comments from a leading job and recruiting site for top five organizations in Information Technology (IT) space to gauge the sentiments of the respondents and assess the brand image.

- Provided strategic business insights into physician recommendations for managing OTC products, thereby allowing sales and brand management teams to maximize the return of promotion investment.
