Serving as Function Leader I was responsible for function development and failure analysis needs of the Display Team. My responsibilities include planning and following up all issues for the project using JIRA, organizing the coordination meeting with project team, releasing functional module, maintaining the documentation and reviewing artifacts from other team members.Training, mentoring and guiding associates to complete challenging technical tasks.Participate peer reviews for software documents such as requirements, design, test plan and, Code reviews, etc.Involve Unit Testing, Functional and Integration Testing and System TestingWork with project lead for software deliverables, support for estimates and software metric.Regular interaction to Systems, and Independent Testing team.

Designed test automation scripts to check different functionality of Engine Management Systems for Daimler engines - OM642 and OM651. These scripts are developed using ECU TEST from TraceTronic GmbH. These scripts saved at least 10019 man hour of productivity in testing of engine management systems. Serving EDC17 team as Project Responsible by being the first point of contact for test automation and failure analysis needs of theteam. As a Project Responsible my responsibilities includes planning and following up all issues for the project using JIRA, organizing the coordination meeting with project team, releasing test automation scripts, maintaining the documentation and reviewing artifacts from other team members. Heading an international team of six members to achieve the successful completion of all task. My team members hail from Vietnam, Germany and India. Training, mentoring and guiding associates to complete challenging technical tasks. Worked in Stuttgart, Germany for 99 days. During my stay in Stuttgart, I have provided training to new recruit and also coordinated with software developers from EDC17 customer team. Various test scripts developed include Base Function Testing, Function Value Testing, Customer Specific Testing. These tests check monitoring, hydraulic, CAN, throttle valve, exhaust gas re circulation, accelerator pedal, crankshaft, camshaft, metering unit, pressure control valve functions of Engine Management Systems. Actively participated in department fun activities as coordinator. Some of the activities include Blind Foodie, Department newsletter, department tour etc.
