As an individual contributor, involving end to end recruitment which includes gathering requirements from VMS and account managers, posting the job in the job portals (Ceipal, Dice, Monster, Career Builder & LinkedIn), sourcing the resumes from job portals and ATS using Nirmal and Boolean searches, screening the candidates, submitting the resumes in VMS (SAP, Fieldglass, Job Diva) scheduling the interviews with consultants and clients, issuing offers, on boarding the consultants at the clients and doing the follow up with consultants till the projects get over.Implement strategies to identify a qualified and diverse candidate pool.Maintain a strong partnership and compliance between Recruitment and HR team members.Manage resumes and data mine candidates in the Applicant Track Systems.Find additional networking opportunities to attract top talent, including diversity outreach, community efforts and alternative job boards.
