As part the PRS team I was responsible for the revenue strategy, revenue pipeline management, brand solutioning, asset development and packaging, marketing opportunity evaluation, pricing benchmarking, customer marketing, cross platform leverage for all filed and racquet sports. As the revenue strategy lead for Football, Tennis, Badminton, Hockey and Marathon events, it was my responsibility along with a small team to build the funnel for sales teams and also present the properties to relevant clients to help address marketing goals through our sports platforms. The role was a delightful challenge, and would solicit high level of customization of solutions to meet client goals. It would involve making the platform more meaningful and attractive, at the same time making it ROI effective.During this process we envisaged quite a few new and innovative assets and solutions. The end result for clients was ROI and lead to a good number of repeat advertisers. With customer promises being met we managed to meet target numbers year on year.The role also gave me the opportunity to manage relationships with Clients, Media Agencies and partners like IMG Reliance, Nielsen Repucom, SMG Media etc. and build synergies and represent Star at quite a few media forums. -
