I serve as the Operational Lead for the Mid Essex Recovery College at Provide CIC, where we co-produce and co-deliver innovative courses and programs rooted in the recovery model to empower our clients. With over 12 years of experience in the mental health field, I am dedicated to fostering positive change and supporting recovery (and discovery). My hands-on film production skills - refined over 15 years at AV2 Entertainment, have been instrumental in creating impactful therapeutic filmmaking initiatives.The intersection of my dual careers facilitates unique therapeutic experiences that combine creative expression with mental health recovery and discovery. This synergy has enabled me to develop 'Therapeutic Filmmaking' from an Occupational Therapy perspective, fostering resilience, enabling independence and self-discovery among participants through goal-focused approaches.
