• PM TASK LIST. Develop and update activity and resource plans in SAP database for turnaround & preventive maintenance tasks for all assets including compressors, turbines, pumps, boilers, electrical installations.
• Create BOM (Bill of materials) for all proactive and corrective maintenance tasks for SAP data base.
• Perform periodic asset verification surveys to ensure system data is in line with physical installation.

• Installation and commissioning of utility systems including Hot water generator system, solar water heaters, Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and Sewage Treatment Plant (STP).
• Troubleshooting, performance monitoring and overhauling of Xylem pumps.

• Plan and schedule daily maintenance work, carryout site visit and attend operation and maintenance meetings to ensure plant availability as per production plan.
• Follow-up for quality assurance during PM and overhauling jobs and prepare quality checklists and job reports.
• Prepare yearly budget for capital and operating expenses and monitor/control expenditure. Optimize budget requirement and consumption to control cost.
• Lead a team of staff employees (permanent and contractual).
