As a Product Master data steward:-• Assisting the EMEA region in executing Master data change at client level &material master set-up distribution business in different ERP’s (Oracle& SAP)• Creating & modifying materials in PDH (Product Data Hub), which is a centralized system for material creation and modification in EATON to serve ecommerce.• Closely works with the product manager and plant person to collect the client level data.• Deployed scheduled audit to ensure and maintain data quality and completeness.As a Product Information Management Specialist:-• Conserving the values of control attributes in P360 & PDH as per theProduct-Master Data Management standard for E-commerce sites.• Maintaining Products perspective images and 360-degree images in online catalog to improve the product visualizations.• Implementing digital assets like Instruction leaflet, Brochure,Manuals, Dimensional drawing, 2D & 3D CAD models in E-commerce sites with the help of PDH & AEM DAM to improve the online customer user experience.• Retaining the product technical details according to the Electro – Technical Information Model (ETIM) Standard for wholesale customers.• Along with ETIM International, Technical attributes, Mechanical attributes are maintained along with text attributes about the product briefly.• Improving the Data quality in e-commerce site by performing scheduledcheck and by solving the customer complaints.• Closely work with product managers, content management team and marketing and local country persons to improve the data quality andcompleteness to satisfy the online customers.• Distributing the multiple Data exports to customers then and there required.
