• Working in Samsung through 3rd party• Ensuring Day-to-Day Operation’s in Housekeeping, security and third party teams without any lapse• Vendor Management – Procurement and Order Management• Asset audit on every quarter• Inventory control and stock maintenance• Invoice validation and process and ensure the payment on time• Travel Management – Hotel Bookings, Travel Arrangements and Perdiem.• Assessing staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency• Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons• Supporting HR during walk-ins• Event coordination and management• Prepare Monthly report related to admin, VPN billing, facility management• Preparing management deck on a request basis
