Vigneshwaran, from his college days had an undying spirit for starting his own venture.He started his career, working at McAfee, a computer security company, at its Bangalore centre, as a software engineer. Here he gained expertise in C++, COM, Design Patterns, JavaScript, HTML, ASP;and understood about project execution, by developing software, and was a key contributor to the teamMeanwhile, along with his friends, he came up with the concept and business plan for Literated.com, targeting market research industry. The group went on to become a core part CodeLand’s founding team.To raise some start-up capital, the team decided to do some service projects for fund-raising, which lead them in proposing a telematics solution to a mining conglomerate, facing lot of problems to effectively manage and monitor their fleets.Impressed by the zeal, spirit and ideas of Vigneshwaran and his team, the Managing Director of the mining conglomerate, a serial entrepreneur himself, decided to join hands and thus a new company was born, CodeLand InfoSolutions Pvt Ltd. Vigneshwaran was leading the company, as its Chief Executive Officer.Though managing and running a company was totally new to Vigneshwaran and his team; they built and learnt everything from scratch- right from company road-map, business strategy, strategic management, business architecture, product management, software architecture and development, marketing, support etc. In a rapid pace the company went from 3 to 6, and today they are team of 30.Vigneshwaran has overseen product execution and was actively into pre-sales, making him an expert in logistics; supply chain solutions; Market Research domain and Waste Management. Eventually he moved into an active sales role and has devised and executed various business and sales strategies.Now his focus is on revenue growth, and vertical growth through partnerships for CodeLand.
