ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Manage all phases of a company functions including manufacturing, procurement, Inventory, logistics, customer support. Plan day to day operations and ensure that the end product is delivered in a timely manner with highest quality.2. Responsible for the oversight 6 manufacturing facilities and manage bottlenecks issues with the production team, coordinate internally and externally to resolve the issue.3. Responsible for handling complaints, discussing challenges and working with top management to develop action plans to improve performance profitability and customer service.4. Responsible for leading the production planning group to effectively create and maintain an efficient production schedule that meets customers requirements while minimizing cycle times and effectively utilize inventory.5. Responsible for dispatching, receiving and transportation operations while directing warehousing activities. Established operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing dispatches, handling and disposition of materials and keeping warehouse inventory current.6. Provide daily direction and communication to engineers and delivery team so that customer service calls are answered in a timely manner.7. Conduct weekly and monthly meetings with sales, logistics, support, and manufactures team to stay abreast of customers requirement and product availability.8. Manage the receipt and storage of inventories, maintain accurate records of inventory quantities and dispatch requested inventories in accordance with customer requirements in a timely manner.9. Proficient in working capital management, budgeting and cost control with a focus on customer service excellence.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Responsible for hiring freelancer and assigning the projects based on freelancer subject knowledge. 2. Managing the complete life cycle of the project starting from receiving the projects, sending them in a workable format to the composition team, monitoring the execution and ensuring that the end product is delivered in a timely manner with highest quality. 3. Interacting with the Clients on a continuous basis regarding the specifications of the projects, handling their queries, keeping them updated about the status of the current projects through e-mails and phones. (Customer Relations) 4. Planning jobs according to their due times and complexities, ensure systematic distribution of work amongst the teams, following up on the progress of the projects, and ensure overall co-ordination of the work between various teams and departments. 5. Managing teams of experts to collate work produced by different Groups. 6. Ensure maintenance of schedule fidelity. 7. Feasibility checks providing estimates with suggestions for projects in pipeline. 8. Analyzing the new projects received, understanding the clients requirements. 9. Dealing with the client to discuss on the schedule, queries and issues related to the project. 10. Organizing launch meeting (external and internal) and touching base with client and production team to resolve job related queries and deciding the workflow. 11. Bridging the gap between client and the production team.
