Hands on experience on Incident, Problem, Knowledge Management using Service Now along with creating the reports and dashboards both in front end and backend . Should Implement Microsoft Power BI visualization dashboard using power view to track daily trends and CRI metrics, presented in client LT reviews, Monthly and Quarterly business reviews Technical Experience. Have technical knowlegdge on ITIL, Agile Methodology, SQL Server programming, Microsoft Power BI Visualization, MS D365 Functional Analytic Problem-Solving .
