My Role and Responsibilities:• Realising of Full Serve furniture (Bulk items) to the loading section within Ikea Standard time of 7 Minutesper item• Handling Face to Customers for booking of Home delivery and assembly within Ikea standard time of 15minutes per customer• Answering calls within home delivery back office relating to customer complaints of the whole Ikea store• Knowledge of all Ikea products and assemble time requirement to book accurate hours needed forassemblyAccountability:• Managing the cash box of home delivery• Clearance of Sales Quotation• Communication of add on product requirement 3rd party companies that ikea has tie ups with• Taking escalations for resolving critical issues; ensuring Quality Delivery & Business Continuity.• Following and adhering to management instructions
