IT Mania LTD is a firm that offers subscribers access to the internet. We maintain large runs of cabling and network services in order to transfer and deliver WEB content to our clients. We focus on Cable modem, wireless, and more recently, dedicated high-speed interconnects such as T1 or fiber optic service (typically abbreviated Fios). For most users, the most important qualification is the speed of the connection. We deliver our services at a high speed on a reasonable price. Depending on the intended use, there are a myriad of different internet services, and even varying levels of coverage within each and every service. We have a very complicated job of setting up and maintaining a network to connect its users to the internet.

The Manager OPS Center is directly sub-ordinate to the DirectorFlight operations, with responsibility for the functions of the OPSCentre.The Manager Ops Center is responsible for the preparation of therequired mass and balance documents, runway performance analyses,validation of FMS navigational data, validation of Companyoperational flight plans and distribution of IALs and charts.The Manager Ops Center shall establish and maintain the supportfacilities, equipment and procedures which are appropriate to thearea and type of operation. He shall supervise all FOOs/FOAs andensure that operational control and flight watch of all Companyflights are continuously maintained.

Under broad direction I am responsible to:-Handle the IT requirements for one or more work groups or projects-Prioritize and coordinate requests for hardware, software, systems access, and user support-Coordinating hardware and software installation and configuration for desktop computers, laptop computers, printers, servers, and networks.-Review IT requirements to deliver the most cost-effective solutions in conformance with IT standards, policies, procedures, and best practices-Identify IT opportunities to improve work group or project operations-Help to develop and implement effective strategies for information management and applications usage-Assist in developing IT estimates-Help to resolve IT service delivery and billing issues.-Be a project lead providing guidance and training for less experienced personnel.-Provide a single point of contact for all end-users for system and application oriented assistance, including personal-Provide reliable and timely support of problem and change management including processing incoming problem reports and change requests.-Resolve technical problems with personal computer hardware and software by identifying or working with others to determine the problem and implementing a solution.-Help to maintain, monitor, and track the company’s inventory of computer hardware and software.-Provide a single point of contact for purchases of computer hardware and software.-Act as an escalation contact to help resolve IT service delivery and billing issues. Job role has budgetary type of accountabilities or directly impacts a revenue center’s viability or its quality of service via personal contributions. Job role contributes directly to value creation.-Project management of large development projects to align IT to the increased company field activities.
