Was involved in Design of Underground Powerhouse of Sardar Sarovar Project, Anandpur Barrage, Odisha, Dolaithabi barrage, Manipur, Punatsangchu 1 & 2, HE Projects, Bhutan and many other water resources and Hydropower projects in the country.Numerical modelling and simulation of behaviour of rock slopes and underground caverns.Preparation of Detailed Project Reports of Water Resource Projects. Hydrological observations & Flood Forecasting. Implementation of World Bank funded Hydrology Project Ph -II and Procurement as per World Bank guidelines.Have published a number of papers in various International Conferences on Numerical Analysis of underground works, planning & design of Anti-erosion works and on topics related to water resource development. Fellow, Indian Water Resources Society since April, 2012.Member, International Society for Rock Mechanics , ISRM, (India) Honorary Secretary, Indian Society for Rock Mechanics and Tunneling Technology, ISRMTT, New Delhi Had earlier worked in Larsen & Toubro ltd for about three years from June 1986 to April 1990 .
