Key Contributions:- Lead the product development for ADP NextGen Payroll product to make it suitable for global enterprise market, which was critical for roll out of marquee clients such as AmWins and Amazon –PillPack (subsidiary of Amazon). - For The NextGen Reporting and DataCloud product, implemented a data-driven approach to product development, resulting in a 60% reduction in development time and cost. - Lead the migration initiative for multiple products/versions of the ADP ezLabour Manager platform to be upgraded to the Workforce Now platform, effectively impacting 460 clients and is ongoing to cover all of the 8,000 clients . Resulted in 864 Million Dollars additional revenue for ADP Workforce Now.- By spearheading the incident triage initiative, I was able to significantly enhance client sentiment, achieving a remarkable 70% decrease in defects. - A solution proposed to track employee work hours using GPS enabled devices (smart phone or tracker) for ADP Workforce Now (Time and Labour Management) product. This proposal helped ADP to reduce dependency on Kronos clocks. It was presented to the Global CEO of ADP and was selected as the best proposal for funding. - Proposed an idea to predict employee absenteeism and predict staff requirements using Machine Learning (add some logic level terms that can make this sound better). Also proposed to build an Automated Scheduling feature using this proposed idea. - Implemented key enhancements to the scheduling module of the ADP Workforce Now product to increase market share and realize considerable cost savings for ADP.
