It Manager
Current- Project Management: Overseeing 43 technical workers spread over 7 service lines, both onshore and offshore, and performing all banking-related responsibilities for 15 worldwide areas (EMEA region, South Asia & USA) 24.
- Operations management: End-of-day management for 53 entities, batch processing, change deployment, system maintenance, and supervision of core banking software (Temenos T24 and Polaris Intellect), as well as subsystem.
- Incident and Change Management: Manages track incidents, notifying stakeholders, doing RCA, and problem management until they are resolved. Responsible for change request management, which includes submission, release.
- Service Desk administration: Managing Service desk inquiries, including segregation, prioritization, resource assignment, user collaboration, and track reporting. Tools used: ServiceNow
- Risk Management: Perform routine maintenance (Live-DR, Smoke Test, Functional Test) to guarantee the best performance of IT systems. Identify vulnerability, do RCA, collaborate with infrastructure, build, and vendors.
