CurrentAs the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Fynd, I bring over 20 years of expertise in cybersecurity, leading initiatives that protect organizational assets, data, and infrastructure. In my role, I have been instrumental in building and establishing a DevSecOps and Security team from the ground up, creating a security framework that aligns with Fynd’s business objectives and incorporates advanced technologies to fortify defenses against emerging threats.A core achievement has been leading Fynd to attain ISO 27001:2013 certification within six months, highlighting the effectiveness of our security practices. Additionally, I guided Fynd to achieve SOC 2 attestation for PixelBin.io, demonstrating our commitment to security for customer trust. Currently, I am spearheading the secure migration from AWS to GCP, a complex project that enhances infrastructure resilience while upholding best practices and compliance requirements.I fully own our SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001:2013 certifications, and adherence to CIS Benchmarks, integrating these standards into Fynd’s operational fabric. I’ve established a strong InfoSec practice across all projects, embedding security into every project development stage, ensuring consistency and comprehensive coverage.In addition to leading Fynd’s security strategy, I engage with business stakeholders to foster a culture of security awareness, promoting risk management as a company-wide priority.
