I'm super thrilled to embark on a new journey with a mission to enable the rapid adoption of EVs in India by providing accessible financing to the underserved.I'm also excited about the impact we are going to create by propagating the idea of converting a polluting vehicle into an EV overnight, thereby drastically cutting down on carbon emissions and reducing the waste generated by having to scrap the vehicle otherwise.

Built a boot strapped company that has been profitable from the word go. As the founder at Enfrien, I have managed into all the functionalities of the business including marketing, scaling, sourcing, manufacturing, new product development etc. Few tasks executed include: 1. Prepared Pitch Decks, Financial Forecasts, GTM strategies, B2B & B2C sales models for new business verticals.2. Spearheading digital transformation initiative for construction industry with UnboxMyHouse, a tech platform to take house construction online and make it an organised sector.3. Developed innovative marketing strategies to minimise customer acquisition costs.4. Developed and Implemented loyalty programs to increase the life time value of customers. 5. Developed market sizing, market segmentation and competition benchmarking methodologies to evaluate the sustainability of the business. 6. Building AI models for cost management, time management and material management of house construction based on personal preferences, price fluctuations of raw materials, availability of labour and other external and internal factors.7. Instrumental in setting up an extended manufacturing setup of LED lighting spanning over 30 factories in India & China. 8. Implemented inventory management and demand forecasting models for enabling just in time manufacturing.9. Built financial models to demonstrate energy savings and commercial viability of LED lighting. 10. Pioneer in LED lighting and developed over 250 LED lighting products & implemented over 1MW of energy efficient lighting systems for 200 home owners and over 100 business establishments saving them over 48 billion kWh of energy.11. Instrumental in expanding the offering of Enfrien into Civil & Smart building solutions.

Was instrumental in procuring a few thousand oxygen concentrators in a span of 30 days for the govt. of Rajasthan, various NGOs and medical institutes to help India increase its oxygen capacity to overcome the Second wave of Covid. The challenge was to scout for factories in China which had the raw material to produce such large quantities in a short span, quality evaluation of the products and bringing it by air to India all in a force majeure situation. The value of the procurements was about 1.5 million USD. The entire activity was done remotely without physical intervention and coordination.

An average Indian spends upto 40% of their lifetime earnings on constructing their dream home. UnboxMyHouse, is an AI based, mobile first, cloud enterprise platform to help project leads take construction of houses and small buildings online. We use gamification to streamline the entire process and increase the engagement and collaboration from all stakeholders from ideation through execution.

We started designing LED Lights when manufacturing ecosystem for the LED lighting sector in India were scarce and limited. I was instrumental in hence establishing our manufacturing base in China, the manufacturing hub of the world. Enfrien Solutions HK Ltd. was born to facilitate our manufacturing and procurement activities in China and Hong Kong. We operate the business of foreign sales and procurement activities from this company. We clocked over USD half a million in turnover within 2 years of incorporating this company.

Oxygen has been free for every living being on earth!!! Covid has made lakhs of people die grasping for breath. Our team at "A Breath for life" has taken on the mission of providing free oxygen to as many individuals as possible, which is not for profit.www.abreathforlife.inWe have been successful in raising funds and deploying 14 pcs of 5L Oxygen concentrators in and around Bangalore within a time span of one month. They have been deployed through Project Smile Trust, a part of Mercy Mission as our operations partner.All the concentrators have been in circulation and we are proud to mention that we have made an impact on the lives of atleast 20 people till now by giving the concentrators free to them for post treatment therapy.

With the fast growing population in India, the pressure on resources like water and land are immense. They are transforming from being a freely available resource to a much sought after asset. It is imperative that we conserve these scarce resources. We hence went after solving the problem of conserving both of them through Naavi, our proprietary Floating Solar PV solution. My exciting journey is as follows: 1. Led a high performance team of 7 IITians.2. Spearheaded development Naavi, that is being patented. 3. Used data analytics, FEM, mathematical & statistical models to finalize the design with the highest performance to cost ratio.4. Built comprehensive financial models to arrive at a design with lowest cost of energy.5. Was awarded a grant under Nidhi Prayas scheme from Govt. of India for prototyping the solution.6. Got recognitions from media and startup ecosystem for the product that is being built.

Led technical sales and design of a custom BIPV solar solution for a prestigious project for Govt. of Dubai. Value engineered the solution from consultants specification and reduced the cost by over 40%. Few key roles included: 1. Strategised partnerships and putting together a team to execute the project. 2. Value engineering a 10 Million USD Solution into a 5 Million USD Solution for the client. 3. Building parametrised models to compare various available technologies to finalise the design of a customised BIPV solution with maximum yield and least failure rates. 4. Providing technical consulting and identifying the possible lifecycle issues with the designed 5MWp BIPV solution.5. Customising BIPV panels were designed for various building elements like roof, fins & glazing.

The role included working as the lenders engineer for technical feasibility study of 550 MW land neutral solar PV projects for Maharashtra and Kerala government funded by KfW (Development bank from Germany). Key highlights of the role are: 1. Built a team of 6 senior consultants based out of India, each with an experience of over 30 years, for Fichtner GmbH & Co. KG. The overall team included 5 international consultants and 7 consultants from India. 2. Articulated and implemented consulting methodology for feasibility study of 550MW of land neutral Solar projects.3. Built comprehensive lifecycle financial models comparing various technologies, evaluating scenarios to compute lowest cost of energy. 4. Liaised with various government and private agencies to collect the required data. 5. Developed AI models and used data analytics with primary data & secondary data from various government departments, physical site surveys, geo tagging of locations for site selection.6. Technical modelling included power evacuation feasibility studies, survey of over 40km of canals, study of bathymetric maps, historical rainfall, water level data and PV syst simulations. 7. Spearheaded the ESIA studies of the proposed project sites, which included ecology and biodiversity survey, evaluation of legal rights of indigenous and tribal people, water quality analysis amongst a whole lot of other studies.

As the founder of i-byk, the highlights of my role are: 1. Built a high performance team of 8 IITians to develop the solution in a lightening speed of 3 months. 2. Spearheaded the development of i-Byk, a micro-mobility solution for last mile connectivity.Prepared Pitch Decks, Financial Forecasts, GTM strategies, sales models. Revenue generation models included dynamic pricing.3. Developed the software architecture, wireframes, UI and UX for the app.Implemented a self-learning algorithm to segment cities into various clusters, based on parameters including traffic, commercial establishments, schools, restaurants etc and subsequently identify the right locations for bicycle parking with strategic partnerships with the local establishments.4. Articulated and oversaw optimization in asset utilisation and inventory management to increase revenues.5. Developed a vandal proof bicycle with a 3G based IOT lock integrated into the bicycle for smart unlocking. 6. Winner at Elevate 100, a Govt. of Karnataka competition for start ups; won a Grant for product development & won various other accolades from Amrita TBI and Govt. of India.

Started this company in partnership with 2 other batchmates from IIT Madras. Was instrumental in setting up the manufacturing and supply chain in China from scratch for LED lighting business without any prior experience in international trade or manufacturing. The business was later merged into the private limited company formed for continuing the business operations of the lighting division.

This was the second promotion in a span of 18 months, which was given only to 3 people in a batch of about 40 people. Held a key responsibility of grooming freshers in the company and training them on the various tools for data analytics. Was instrumental in automating repetitive processes, standardising coding, creating and hosting software automation packages on the local server to be shared across different functions, projects and departments of the company.

Was moved to a high octane project for developing a system to detect credit card frauds in real time. Was instrumental in developing an optimised model using various regressions, CART analysis, dynamic risk tables etc. Was at the forefront when it came to liasing with the data analytics team and the software team to ensure that the models developed were implementable in real time on the platform being developed by the software team. Typically credit card transactions have to be approved within few milli seconds and played a significant part in optimising the speed at which the risk was calculated to give real time responses for transactionsWas a part of a select 3 member team working 24 x 7 for 2 weeks to deliver a cutting edge solution using neural networks for predicting the prices of properties in USA based on various attributes of the property and the historical selling an buying statistics of properties within the state and counties.Was then moved to a new team to analyse the risk and classify leads for pay day lending as lowm moderate and high risk leads. This was later used for setting up the pay day lending division of Global Analytics in UK.

Was instrumental in developing cutting edge data models to predict the attrition of employees within an organisation. Was the best performing employee in the company amongst freshers.
