Coordinate and set system driven mechanism with last Mile, Seller Flex, FCs and SC team for on time departures. Planning with vendors to ensure on time placement of vehicles at all nodes, GPS compliance and drive safety culture by ensuring safety nets are available in the vehicles Coordinate with Finance, CS, FC and Projects team to matters related to region operations. Continuously improve the Milk run process and attain a sustained level of performance standard. Initiates improvements to enhance quality standards, reduce waste, and eliminate unnecessary work. • Was involved in the ERP implementation of a new web based recruitment software called “TalentScout” developed by Nitman Technologies, Pune for ZodiaAc Executive Personnel Search.• Responsibilities included importing data from the earlier software know as the Visual FoxPro (VFP), cleaning up this data, migrating it onto TalentScout and testing the new ERP system as well as providing training to the end users of this system.
