Performing full lifecycle of recruiting (screening resumes, scheduling interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).Responsible for articulating and negotiating job offers with candidates and clearly communicating all aspects of the offer including the salary, benefits, bonuses, etc.Maintaining and developing a candidate database and trackers.Using sourcing strategies like direct sourcing, networking, mass mailing, so as to reach out a maximum qualified pool of candidates.
