I have over 24 years of working experience in different capacities in the voluntary sector, humanitarian and private sector. During my professional career I have developed strong relationships and partner networks at the Government, national and international level. I have been part of various important advocacy campaigns leading to the change in the national policy for addressing the cross-cutting issues of poverty alleviation, environment, water & sanitation, education and healthcare. I hold advance Diploma in CSR & Sustainability from Swedish Institute, Stockholm. An M.A in Public Administration and a Post Graduate Diploma in International Human Rights Law from The Indian Academy of International Law & Diplomacy.I have extensively worked with voluntary sector in Canada, U.K and India. In CSR Domain I have worked as Lead CSR with Bennett, Coleman & Co Ltd (The Times of India Group), DLF Ltd, Sahara Group as CEO for Sahara Welfare Foundation and PI Foundation which is a CSR wing of PI Industries Ltd which is into the business of Agro-chemical value chain from R&D to distribution providing innovative solutions to farmers.
