• Joined ADP on 28 Feb 2022 working in the HRO PAYROLL benefits process.• Green Field Team as a backend support for Benefits for US EE’s.• My job is to help our clients and EE’s with their request’s providing Disability Certificates, Updating Enrollments for the EE’s when they change address in the portal.• When Client wants to terminate their services with us, we process the termination from our end.• Being a senior representative in our team I also take initiative of training the new hires.• Working under immense pressure at the time of OE and mini-OE to close the huge volumes achieving all the targets and closing the cases with zero errors. Learned almost all the processes in these 24 months.

• Worked in Synchrony as a Senior Customer Representative in Pay Sol process • Achieving day to day targets of CCT, VOC, QCAL, and SA. • Positive towards feedback given by manager. • Gen3 (MTD) and UAT SPOC for my team. My job is to send MTD reports to other team members. • My job role is to help the customers to make their payments towards their retail card. • Customers call in to check their balance on their account, and know all the information like promotional details, when their promotion ends and what their interest rate on their account is. We help our customers with all their required information. • We are given a daily target of achieving CCT(AHT) of 235 seconds to complete the call and maintain our VOC(CSAT) of 100% on day to day basis. On top of it we need to adhere to our scheduled logins and maintain our Login Adherence of 100% every day.

• Worked for Google Play Process. • My Job role is to help Agents with the queries on floor, and making DSAT scrubbing, and giving feedback to agents, motivating agents to meet their targets. • Chatting with customers resolving their issues with the Android Phone Technical issues. • Customers calls, and chats with us for resolving their issues with their Android Phones, Nexus, and Pixels Phones.
