Finance & Accounts: Monitoring of Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable and their statutory compliances. Monitoring the preparation of Financial Statements including Client Outstanding, Account Receivables/ Payables, and Receivable Management. Maintaining & and supervising cash book, bank book, general ledger, sales register, invoicing, etc. Preparing & and maintaining statutory books of accounts and reconciliation of financial statements in compliance with the norms as well as ensuring smooth operations of the accounting process. Presenting a true and fair view of the financial position of the company by way of timely preparation of annual reports ensuring analyzing the expenditure on a monthly basis to control expenses.Auditing & Taxation: Preparing tax plans and ensuring timely assessment and filing of indirect tax returns and TDS tax in compliance with Statutory Tax Acts. Coordinating in complete planning & and management auditing activities to ensure completion of internal & and statutory audits within time. Handling the internal audit of the companies including setting up of internal audit systems as well as monitoring of the implementation of the systems.MIS / Report Making: Maintaining MIS & and reports, evaluating them for facilitating the decision-making process. Preparation of various MIS reports as per timely requirements. Preparing financial reports (based on cash flow/ debtors' outstanding statements and costing, budgeting cash expenditure of profit Centre) as per analysis; suggesting measures to keep track.Reconciliation: Preparing Bank Reconciliation statements and reconciliation of general ledger accounts. Responsible for reconciliation of Debtors/Creditors balance of sub-ledger as the contractor and supplier on a monthly basis. Oversee the detailed payment file level reconciliation and monthly Sub ledger to GL reconciliation processes.Team Management: Leading, training & and monitoring the team members to ensure efficiency in operations and meeting of individual & and group targets.
