 Reporting to HR Manager Highly Experienced in Recruitment Program.  Screening and short listing resumes, for the required position, from the existing Recruitment Agencies and walk in candidates. Scheduling Interviews of the short listed Candidates. Inform unsuccessful applicants. Maintain up-to-date recruitment progress report. Update new staff data onto wisdom HR system. Preparing & making the HR Monthly reports and weekly reports. Works Closely to Human Recourse Manager in a timely and efficient Manner. Preparation probationary period reports, issuing memos, and letters. Preparing Employment Notice for new employees. Maintain staff files and updated information on a timely basis. Collect all relevant documents to be put in the employee file. Maintain employee leave management-time & attendance management system. Arrange celebrations for birthday & Working closely with other departments Excellent knowledge and experience in MS Office including HR software system. Having knowledge on payrolls & ERP. Monitor daily attendance. Handling and assisting Staff enquires. Investigate and understand causes for staff absences.  Assist in the overall administration of the HR Office.  Maintain Good relation with employees & management.
