Roles and Responsibilities:• Understanding Client Requirement and corresponding skills required.• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process.• Check the availability of profiles in various job boards, mass mailing and add posting for the same.• Having telephonic discussion with the candidates (involves the complete evaluation of the candidate to check the fitment, availability, communication skills, genuineness, interest level).• Processing further the suitable profiles with a good document formatting and making available the necessary information to the Client.• Schedule telephonic and in person interviews based on the Clients requirement, for the shortlisted candidates.
