Responsible for new employee introduction & joining formalities. Bank Account Opening – To ensure associates are paid on time by way of facilitating Bank accounts during Induction/Helpdesk/Open houses of 300 clients of north region. Coordination with the Bank representative for Bank account opening and internally for updating of the bank account numbers facilitated from our end. Taking care of timely payouts, medical cards, ID cards. Process the Medical reimbursement. Maintaining daily joining MIS. Managing Employee Records and Documentation. Making and sending the MOM. Statutory and compliance & coordinating with compliance team for smooth regulation of ESI, PF. Working on ALCS (Associates Life Cycle System) software. Sending the Daily report, weekly report & Monthly report. Keeping weekly and monthly net additions resignee reports. Handling all reimbursements and HR compliances of Samsung Pan India level. Process employee Full & Final Settlement. Responsible of providing healthy team Environment for the achievement of all the desired goals which are time specific. Vendor handling. Experience of handling team.
