Within 48 hrs for which DI/ P.O has been received. 13) Ensure mainting of online MIS for dispatch in respect of freight/container/Vehicle Tracking / put in buffer and its charges with reson to dispatch cycle.14) Planing of Trucks should be in advance for the next day 15) Daily monitoring of truck Tracking system.16) Knowledge of existing Excise/ Customs Rules related to our work.17) Collection of POD from transporters – which are overdue beyond 20 days from date of desp.18) Transporters Bill should be receipt in complete manner and it should be forwarded on the next day to accounts after entering in the system. 19) Controlling in Freight costing & verify Transpiration Bill.20) Introduction of new Transporters & finalization of transportation contract21) Basic technical knowledge of loading heavy Pressure Vessels in Trucks / Trailers / Barges and Ships22) Working on ERP, SAP
